Tampere Chamber Music will offset the emissions of the event by planting 31 trees in the carbon sink of the Tampere Hall in Lempäälä. The event will become the first carbon-neutral classical music festival in Finland.
The carbon-neutral implementation is made possible by our event partner Metsä Tissue's Katrin hygiene brand. The main venue, Tampere Hall, is already carbon neutral in terms of energy use.

Sauna restaurant Kuumais one of the partners of this year's TCM festival!
Is it cold or do you miss hot baths?
Tampere is a well-known sauna city, and after an experiential chamber music concert, it's nice to spend the evening on the terrace and sauna. Kuuma offers a communal and relaxing living room for the whole nation in Nordic style.
Kuuma, located on the shore of Laukontor in Tampere's Parade Ground, is open all year round and has a cafe-restaurant, large terrace areas on two floors and two saunas. From Löylyi you can refresh yourself in Pyhäjärvi, Kuuma's own plunge pool.
The real wood-heated one-time and modern smoke sauna, together with the year-round possibility to take a dip, offer a unique relaxation experience to the visitors of the Tampere Chamber Music festival as well.
